This Legal Notice governs the use of the website tryclosework.com (the "Site"), operated by LUMEN (referred to here as "we", "us" or "the store").

Closework is one of the stores operated by LUMEN. Charges for purchases made on this Site appear on your card or PayPal statement as CLOSEWORK.

2. Purpose of the Site

Closework is an online store selling magnifying visors and related products for close-up work such as sewing, crafts, model making and reading. Accessing and using this Site implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice.

The Closework Visor is a consumer product. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for prescription eyewear or professional eye care.

3. Conditions of use

By using this Site, you agree to:

  • Use the Site and its contents in a lawful and appropriate manner.
  • Not use the Site for fraudulent purposes, or in any way that could damage, disable or overload the service.

6. Shipping and origin of products

We ship to the United States only. Orders are dispatched from the distribution centers of our international fulfillment partners, and estimated delivery is 8 to 12 business days. Import duties and tariffs are included in the price paid at checkout, and no customs charge is collected from the customer on delivery. Full shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We state the origin of our shipments openly. We are not a United States company and we do not present ourselves as one.
